[edit] Energon?

Where is the Cube's radiation called Energon? --Sntint 17:32, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

  • In the video game, Megatron said that the All Spark was releasing massive amounts of Energon, thus creating the Energon drones. Sorry I didn't source it. -- SFH 17:54, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Ah! Interesting.... -Derik 18:10, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

Ok now i always thaut that when prime found the fragment in megatrons chest he crushed it.-vortak

[edit] Move?

Should this article be moved to All Spark (Movie)? --FFN 05:15, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

If nobody cares enough to respond, I'm moving this myself. --FFN 15:15, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
I think we should wait a while until we know more about the Animated version, since it may turn out to be completely different.--Carrion 15:28, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] merch

Don't the takara AllSpark power toys come with tiny allspark cubes? Shouldn't that be added to Merchandise?--Skyglide 20:32, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Nod to Armada?

Just a thought, might the All Spark's location (the Hoover Dam) be a nod to the hydroelectric dam sharing the Allspark name in Armada? Ronimus Prime 21:29, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Doubtful, given the Armada comic is obscure. --FFN 21:36, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
The writers probably originally pictured themselves reduxing the Sherman Dam fight (which everyone seems to remember far in excess of its actual prominence) but when they finished breaking the script, Optimus never actually /arrived/ at Hoover Dam. Oh well.
(The movie included the mace and the axe weapons only seen in that fight, so I'd say Sherman Dam is likely their inspiration.) -75.168.112.43 22:22, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

When did it include the axe? ZeldaTheSwordsman 09:44, 25 July 2009 (EDT)

[edit] See Also: Primus?

Should this article link to Primus? I can't find so much as a hint of him existing in the Movie continuity. Unless something concrete pops up, I think the referral is more confusing than helpful. (Undecided) 21:34, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

  • Well, the third movie could reveal this to have been "The Source", the origin of both Primus and Unicron. If you don't know what I'm talking about, find the Ask Vector Prime archives. ZeldaTheSwordsman 09:40, 25 July 2009 (EDT)

[edit] All Spark vs AllSpark

If "Sources other than the movie use the parsing "AllSpark" (one word, rather than two) to refer to the object.", then shouldn't it be spelled "AllSpark" in the comic information, etc? Just wondering, the whole "All Spark" vs "AllSpark" issue confuses me. --Loudstone 16:41, 29 April 2009 (EDT)

How exactly does the movie parse anything? It's a movie, it didn't appear on-screen.
In 2007, we got "Allspark" "All Spark" and finally "AllSpark." We settled on "All Spark" here despite it never appearing in general print that way in order to avoid disambiguating the article-- but everythign I've seen for the 2009 movie in "AllSpark."
Can someone explain to me why this article should not be moved to AllSpark (Movie)? -Derik 20:39, 30 May 2009 (EDT)
How exactly does the movie parse anything? It's a movie, it didn't appear on-screen. Subtitles. When Frenzy reports in from Hoover Dam. --KilMichaelMcC 20:51, 30 May 2009 (EDT)
It seems like the franchise has moved on since then. - Starfield 23:01, 30 May 2009 (EDT)
There's something to be said about the fact that the movie is still the most prominent piece of fiction. —Interrobang 23:08, 30 May 2009 (EDT)
And yet... - SanityOrMadness 08:48, 31 May 2009 (EDT)

[edit] Round two

In Revenge of the Fallen, the subtitles and closed captions refer to the All Spark as "AllSpark" (one word, not two, and with Spark capitalized). Should we just go ahead and move the page to AllSpark (Movie), since the majority of fiction refers to it as one word? -- SFH 16:40, 15 November 2009 (EST)

Sure. And I'd merge with Animated while we're at it, like the Matrixes. The Animated and Movie AllSparks are more similar than the movie Matrix and any other Matrix. - Starfield 17:07, 15 November 2009 (EST)
No. If you don't like the Matrix situation (I don't), then fix it. Don't apply the same crappy premises to other stuff. —Interrobang 20:14, 15 November 2009 (EST)
So is that no to merging or no to moving. -- SFH 15:26, 18 November 2009 (EST)
No to the former. Don't care to the latter. —Interrobang 16:37, 18 November 2009 (EST)
Ah, okay. So any other opinions on the matter? -- SFH 18:01, 18 November 2009 (EST)
None? -- SFH 17:03, 19 November 2009 (EST)

[edit] Merge with Animated?

The Matrixes of Leadership are all on one multi-continuity article, maybe the AllSpark should be too. - Starfield 14:45, 20 September 2009 (EDT)
