During Depth Charge's hunt for Protoform X, the villainous Transformer destroyed the base. During the pair's final battle near the Nemesis, Rampage recounted that Depth Charge had friends at Starbase Rugby... tasty ones. Nemesis Part 1

• The station's name is another call out to the fan community by the Beast Wars writers. In this case, "Rugby's Starbase" was a toy retailer and fixture of the BotCon dealer room for years.
