Megatron imbued a dog with Decepticon super science, enough to power all of Tokyo. Alas, the dog escaped, and the super science was fading as time went on.

The dog met the Autobots, and climbed into Powerglide's cockpit, wherein he transferred the super science to Powerglide, allowing him to harness Scramble Power to combine with the other Mini Vehicles, and defeat Bruticus.
